Ginger, this sounds great, but what are pear onions? I've never heard of them.....can you show a picture so that if they are called something else here I will know what they are? I'm going to be stocking up on chicken pieces this weekend (they are on sale at several different stores) and this sounds like something our family would really enjoy! I'll be adding it to our menu for the weekend.....as soon as I figure out what pear onions are :) Thanks!
Blessings,
Lori
Heehee. I meant to correct that typo. PEARL onions. Sorry bout that!
Thanks for pointing that out. Very helpful comment. :)
Oooooh, I can't believe I didn't make that connection! But I'm glad that it wasn't something we can't get here in CA :) I can get pearl onions :)
Do you have any handy tips for peeling those silly little things? I have such an apprehension about using them because they are not the easiest thing to peel. Any hints?
Blessings!
Lori
