Italian Sausage & Bean Soup

2 cups dry Great Northern beans
1- 14 oz. can Italian style tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup dry red wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 bag frozen spinach
2-3 large squash, sliced & quartered
Grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Cover beans with water and cook on HIGH 1 hour. Drain and add remaining ingredients to crock-pot. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours. *Serve with rosemary bread.
