1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. curry powder
2.5 cups dry brown rice
6 cups water
3 tsp. Beef bouillon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
6 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
Add all to crock-pot and cook on LOW 6 hours.
Turn the crock-pot to WARM and stir in the following:
2/3 cup raisins
2/3 cup peanuts
2/3 cup coconut
