Kielbasa & Cabbage


2 lbs. Green cabbage, shredded

2 med. Onions, chopped

3 med. Red potatoes, cubed

1 red bell pepper, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2/3 cup white wine

1 lbs. Kielbasa sausage, sliced

1 Tbs. Dijon mustard

¾ tsp. caraway seeds

½ tsp. pepper

¾ tsp. salt


Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 hours. *Serve with herb bread.
